72 hours to clean out unit. No use of dumpster or Reuse area. Unit is sold as is and is a complete package. U-Haul requests that all items/papers of personal nature (photos, home movies, documents, etc) be boxed up and returned to the location with the unit # on it. U-Haul can provide the boxes if needed. All items marked or identified as U-Haul to be returned to the location (dollies - blankets) Cleaning Deposit required. Will be retuned upon verification of all items removed and not put into the Re-use area.

$100 cleaning deposit required unless waived by manager. Cash or credit card only. You must bring your email notification to the store to pay for the unit. After you pay for your unit, you will be given the unit number. Please make sure that everything is taken from the unit. If you fail to get everything out within the 72 hour time line, the unit will go back to auction.
