All units bought need to be cleared out no later than 48 hrs. If there is a reason as to why the units cannot be cleared out within the designated time frame, you would need to speak to the Manager of the location to make additional plans. ALL items must be cleared out of the unit with nothing left behind. Do not leave behind mattresses or bulky furniture in Unit. This could lead to additional fees or no longer being able to participate in future auctions. All payments will be cash only. There is a clean out deposit required ($100.00/$200.oo) depending on unit size.
